How Long Until My Order Ships?

Most in-stock items ship within one business day of order and payment.

What are current wait time for HeadAmp amplifiers?

Blue Hawaii SE: 2-3 months

GS-X Mk-II: 3-4 weeks

Aristaeus: 2-4 weeks

Pico: <1 day to 8 weeks, depending on color, see product page

Pico Power: <1 day to 8 weeks, depending on color, see product page

Pico Slim: <1 day to 8 weeks, depending on color, see product page

When your amp is nearly ready to ship, you will be contacted to complete payment (if applicable). If you have not yet been contacted since placing your order, please don’t worry. We have your order, and are working to get your amp finished as soon as possible.

What are Your Warranty Terms?

HeadAmp amplifiers are sold with a 3-year parts and labor warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on warranty work.  HeadAmp warranty does not cover misuse or intentional/accidental damage.

Headphones, non-HeadAmp amplifiers, and accessories typically carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

What is Your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted on all products for 30 days after delivery, unless item advertised as a final sale. Items must be returned in like-new condition, and all packaging and accessories, including warranty cards, must be returned to avoid restocking fees.

Do You Have a Retail Store?

HeadAmp is an online retailer, we do not have a physical storefront. To demo our products, please see the events calendar for the next show or meet in your area that we will be attending.

Do You Ship to My Country?

We ship HeadAmp amplifiers world-wide, but some headphones and accessories cannot be shipped outside the U.S., and are noted on their respective product pages.
