How Long Until My Order Ships?

Most in-stock items ship within one business day of order and payment.

What about free shipping?

Orders to USA addresses over $99 ship free. International orders over $299 ship free. Exlcuding Blue Hawaii SE, GS-X mk2.

What shipping service do you use?

We ship most commonly with FedEx, but also USPS, UPS, and DHL. We always try to use the quickest carrier with the lowest cost for every shipment to make sure your order is received smoothly.

What are Your Warranty Terms?

HeadAmp amplifiers are sold with a 3-year parts and labor warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on warranty work.  HeadAmp warranty does not cover misuse or intentional/accidental damage.

Headphones, non-HeadAmp amplifiers, and accessories typically carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

What is Your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted on all products for 30 days after delivery, unless item advertised as a final sale. Items must be returned in like-new condition, and all packaging and accessories, including warranty cards, must be returned to avoid restocking fees.

Do You Have a Retail Store?

HeadAmp is primarily an online retailer and manufacturer. To demo our products, please see the events calendar for the next show or meet in your area that we will be attending. We also do limited demos at our production facility in Charlottesville, Virgina please email or call to arrange an appointment.

Do You Ship to My Country?

We ship HeadAmp amplifiers world-wide, but some headphones and accessories cannot be shipped to addresses outside the U.S.A.. If you get a message that shipping is not available to your country, please select a USA address instead. Thank you,
