We ship headphones, audio players, DACs, and accessories according to individual manufacturer policies, so some are not available to ship to addresses outside the USA.
All new products on HeadAmp.com are sold with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (does not apply to final-sale items). Returns must be authorized within 30-days of product delivery. Buyer pays return shipping on non-defective products. Products must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories, including warranty cards, or a restocking fee may be charged.
All HeadAmp amplifiers are sold with a three year parts and labor warranty. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on warranty work. HeadAmp warranty does not cover misuse or intentional/accidental damage.
All products by other manufacturers come with individual warranties per their manufacturer, typically one year. Please contact the manufacturer, or see the included literature with your product purchase for specific warranty terms.
