Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock items will be shipped out the same day if ordered before 4pm Eastern or 12pm on Saturday. HeadAmp amplifiers, which are hand-built by us at our small shop, can sometimes take more time. Please refer to the product pages for availability information or contact us at support@headamp.com

We offer Free 1-Day or 2-Day shipping (depending on your state) on U.S. orders over $99. You will see our fastest free shipping option at checkout.

We also ship worldwide, and always with a reliable, trackable service such as FedEx though we may use the postal service for small items. Worldwide shipping is free on eligible orders over $499 USD.

30-Day Return/Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from the day you receive your order. All returns or exchanges must be sent back in factory condition with original packaging and accessories. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our actual shipping costs from a refund. If you choose to exchange or receive store credit, we will not deduct our cost of the free shipping.

To make a return or exchange, please fill out the form on our Return/Exchange page and wait for our response. We can provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from a return, or you can purchase your own return shipping. Customers outside the USA will need to purchase their own return shipping.

Restocking Fees

HeadAmp will waive the restocking fee for 1 item per customer each calendar year.

Restocking fees are also waived if exchanging or receiving store credit instead of a refund.

Most other returns will have a 10% restocking fee.

If your return/exchange is missing accessories, packaging, is damaged or dirty, or was a special order item, we may charge a restocking fee of 20% or more or deny your return/exchange.

No Restocking Fee for HeadAmp Amplifiers

We do not charge a restocking fee on our own HeadAmp brand of amplifiers. They are rarely returned!

Items Exempt from Return/Exchange Policy

Any item marked as final sale and some special order or customized products are not eligible for return and/or exchange. This policy exemption will be stated on the product page.
