Shipping & Delivery

In-stock items will be shipped same day if ordered before 5:00PM Eastern / 2:00PM Pacific.

We offer Free 1-Day or Free 2-Day shipping (depending on delivery area) on USA orders over $299. You will see our fastest free shipping option at checkout.

We also ship worldwide with trackable services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS though we may use the postal service for small items. Worldwide shipping is free on eligible orders over $499 USD.

Sales Tax to Virginia (5.3%)

Orders shipping within Virginia will have added sales tax of 5.3%. As a small independent shop, we do not collect any tax from customers in other states.

Import Tax/Customs Duty

Our prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include any foreign duties or taxes. International customers are responsible for any fees that local authorities may charge upon delivery.

 

60-Day Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer 60-day exchanges and returns for refund, starting the day you receive your item.

Items must be returned in excellent condition with all accessories and packaging.

To return or exchange, visit our Return/Exchange page. We can provide a free return shipping label for orders delivered in the United States.

Note: Orders placed or delivered prior to July 1, 2022 had a 30-Day Return policy as stated on our website at the time.

Restocking Fees & Exempt Items

We do not charge a restocking fee on any of our HeadAmp amplifiers - they are rarely returned!

There is also no restocking fee when exchanging for item(s) of equal/greater value or for store credit/gift card instead of refund.

Most other returns for refund including accessories, audio players, DACs, headphones and other brands of amplifiers will only have a 5% restocking fee.

If your return/exchange is missing accessories, packaging, is damaged or dirty, we may charge a restocking fee of at least 20% or deny your return/exchange.
