🚚 Fast Shipping & Delivery

Same-day shipping on all in-stock items ordered before 5:00 PM Eastern / 2:00 PM Pacific.

We offer free 1-day or free 2-day shipping on most U.S. orders over $299. At checkout, you’ll automatically see the fastest free shipping option available for your location.

We also ship worldwide using fully trackable services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Smaller items may ship via postal service.

Free international shipping is available on eligible orders over $499.

🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in excellent condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

For U.S. orders, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

📦 Restocking Fees & Exemptions

No restocking fee applies when exchanging for an item of equal or greater value, or when choosing store credit or a gift card.

Most returns for refund are subject to a 10% or $20 restocking fee, whichever is greater.

Returns that are missing accessories or packaging, or show signs of damage or heavy use, may incur a restocking fee of 20% or more, or may be declined.

Open-Box, Pre-Owned, and Special Order items are eligible for return or exchange under the same terms outlined above, unless they are explicitly marked as Final Sale on the product page.
