Shipping & Delivery
Most in-stock items will be shipped out the same day if ordered before 4pm Eastern or 12pm on Saturday. HeadAmp amplifiers, which are hand-built by us at our small shop, can sometimes take more time. Please refer to the product pages for availability information or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do ship worldwide, and always with a reliable, trackable service such as FedEx though we may use the postal service for small items.
30-Day Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from the day you receive your order. All returns or exchanges must be sent back in factory condition with original packaging and accessories. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our actual shipping costs from a refund. If you choose to exchange or receive store credit, we will not deduct our cost of the free shipping.
To make a return or exchange, please fill out the form on our Return/Exchange page and wait for our response. We can provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from a return, or you can purchase your own return shipping. Customers outside the USA will need to purchase their own return shipping.
Most returns will have a 10% restocking fee with a minimum of $25. If your returned item is in like-new condition, we will waive the fee if you opt for an exchange or store credit. If your return is missing accessories, packaging, or is damaged, we may charge a restocking fee of 20% or more.
However, we do not charge a restocking fee on our own HeadAmp brand of amplifiers. They are rarely returned!
