Further expanding on Campfire’s lineage of planar earphones, Astrolith incorporates two new drivers wrapped in our PPR and AAOI tuning elements. Combining the inherent advantages of planar magnetic drivers with decades of acoustic engineering experiences brings about an incredible new horizon in the realm of planar magnetic IEMs.
Astrolith combines a 14.2mm planar magnetic main driver that ranges from sub-bass to mid frequencies which uses a crossoverless design to bring in our 6mm planar true high-frequency tweeter. This captures a full-range, dual-planar design that highlights the purity of the speed, accuracy, impact, and ultimate resolution that only a planar magnetic driver can deliver. This approach creates top-to-bottom, intricate resolution, texture and impact alongside incredible high-frequency extension.

"Getting the right ear tips is absolutely critical to getting the correct and best sound out of these iems. Once you do you will enjoy the incredible bandwidth of sound. Reviews are hit and miss so it's up to each individual to get the right ear tips and decide if this is the right solution."

This was a returned item, but it arrived in excellent, pristine condition—the box, cable, ear tips, and the IEMs themselves looked brand new. The sound is great. The bass has impressive slam, reminiscent of my planar over-ear headphones. The midrange is clear, musical, and upfront, while the treble sizzles without ever being harsh or annoying. The soundstage is wide, and instruments are easily singled out. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Why these changes? * Combined sentences: "I recently purchased the Astro lift from head amp.
