True Wireless Journey

The team at Campfire Audio has been working on TWS products for many years. Orbit in particular, is a bit over two years in the making. Their focus when approaching a Campfire Audio wireless solution was to make sure that it was truly a Campfire Audio product. With Orbit, they feel that we’ve achieved just that. It is an earphone that sounds fully Campfire Audio. The acoustic design and ‘North of Neutral’ signature is firmly in place. Orbit is the first TWS the various members of the shop have all started to use regularly. While it may have taken a while to get here, you won’t regret picking one up.

Launch into a new Orbit

Orbit’s sonic presentation is big and bold. A custom, 10mm full-range dynamic driver delivers rich detail on a spacious sound stage. The acoustic design of the driver chamber further refines Orbit’s performance. This means the sound you enjoy is the sound we’ve created even before Orbit is wireless. By creating a fun and engaging earphone before adding wireless components, Campfire Audio can ensure that when Bluetooth® is the bridge between the earphone and the device, the sound reflects its original acoustic design.

Orbit is a wireless earphone created from the same approach they take to all their earphones, and that attention to detail is reflected in its acoustic performance. The everyday convenience of true wireless is undeniable. Now you can enjoy an earphone that sounds good, too.

Streamlined Experience

Campfire Audio carefully considered each owner's first experience with Orbit. The first unboxing can be exciting and distracting for anyone. A few key crucial steps are needed to get them paired. Here is a simple approach we recommend:

Remove both earphones from the caseRemove the sticker tabs from each earphoneReturn both earphones to the caseClose the lid (Earphones and case are now synced)Open the lid, and the Earphones are now ready to pair

Potent Pocketable

The Campfire Audio team focused on your everyday use and made a case to fit into your pocket. Sometimes the best earphone is the one that is with you, and they designed Orbit to be that earphone. A robust and compact case means it goes where you do. Time to walk the dog? Orbit is there. Cruising to the grocery store and want to keep a low profile? No sweat, Orbit is your answer. Great sounding earphones wherever you are with the convenience of true wireless.

In Box

Included are three sizes of foam tips and three sizes of silicone tips. Experiment with fit and sonic performance to find the right mix for you. Earphone tips have a dramatic impact on the sound of your earphone. Also, remember that most ears are not perfectly matched, so you may find a different-sized tip on your left and right earphones that may be the most comfortable and provide you with the optimal acoustic seal for your Orbit. Additionally, there is a USB-C to USB-C cable for charging when wireless options are unavailable. Also included is a new take on the signature Campfire Audio lapel pin. From the beginning, they've included a lapel pin with each earphone sold. Wear the unique Orbit pin proudly as those who know will know

Best earbuds I’ve ever used!!!

"Now these may be the best I’ve used so far at this price point. But they did have issues right out of the box with connectivity with my phone app and one headphone took many tries to get working and take a charge, but I was persistent to use these headphones. Fit is perfect (for my ears), love the foam tips that are included. Bass is great, mids can be adjusted when using the app as well as treble. Overall I’m happy as can be after saving 100$ on retail price. Will buy again if they made more in the future."

solid on sale

"default sound profile is pretty good imo, a couple of the app EQ presets were decent as well. Silicone eartips are too small for me, even the large will slowly slide out of my ear if I tilt my head at all, large foams are fine though. a gripe I have is that even when put away in the case they stay connected to my device, I have to go in and manually disconnect them. $250 MSRP is a bad deal IMO, $150 on sale is ok but I think you can get better overall TWS from other brands at that price or cheaper."

Campfire Orbit vs Noble Fokus Mystique

"I used Campfire Orbit for two months. It is very comfortable, and the sound quality is also good. I have both Campfire Orbit and the Noble Fokus Mystique. The Fokus Mystique is more expensive than the Campfire Orbit and theoretically has better sound quality. In practice, there's not much difference in sound quality, but the Orbit feels more comfortable to wear. However, the Fokus mystique has a pass-through mode that allows me to use it while driving and exercising. I recently saw that Headamp has the Audeze Maxwell, and I look forward to having it in October!"

Orbit

"The treble is the only weakness on this one, and the sound is too warm for me. Feels more comfortable than AirPods."

Close to my ideal wireless IEM

"I'm not interested in noise cancellation or using headphones for phone calls, so the Orbits work well for me. I much prefer them to Sennheiser momentums and airpods. The sound is fuller and warmer which I prefer. They are as comfortable as any other IEM i've tried. I spent a week using them for hours a day on a vacation and the only negative was a 1-2 second cut out that happened 3-4 times, its not frequent. Hopefully that goes away in future updates. I plan to continue using them. Very pleased with Headamp and look forward to future purchases."

Sound great but Bluetooth is a bit buggy

"I love CA so this pains me. Bass heavy sound signature and great sound stage but BT cuta out sometimes and isn’t great if it is connected to more than one device."
