This ear pad fits ETHER and ETHER C headphones. It is the standard pad for ETHER, but may also be used with ETHER C. When used with ETHER C the flat ear pad will create a slightly warmer tone with a slightly more immediate soundstage, though it still preserves the depth and width of field, sounds that are closer in the mix will move forward relative to the ETHER C angled pads. ETHER ear pads may be used for 3rd party headphones, however Dan Clark Audio does not warranty fit or performance
