Nanometer Thickness Diaphragm

A breakthrough core technology developed by HIFIMAN and first of its kind in headphone application. Working with this advanced material is extremely challenging yet the successful incorporation of this film as the Arya Organic’s planar driver is the cornerstone of its remarkable sound.

Acoustically Invisible Stealth Magnet

Unlike the sound waves created by a conventional magnet, the special shape of Stealth Magnets enables the waves to pass through the magnets without generation interference. HIFIMAN’s advanced magnet design is acoustically transparent, dramatically reducing wave diffraction turbulence that degrades the integrity of the sound waves. The reduced distortion yields pure sonic output that is accurate and full-range.

Impressive

"Wow, for the price the Hifiman Arya Organic the bang for your buck! It sounds huge, smooth, impressive bass. No harshness like the he-1000se. But if u cut a stiff piece of paper napkin and put in front of the drivers u can fix the harshness of the hek-se. The Arya organic there's no need to fix anything. I don't think I needed another hps, but I am happy I got it."

HIFIMAN ARYA ORGANIC - AWESOME!

"I wanted a new open-back headphone and, after much research, decided to pull the trigger on the HIFIMAN Arya Organic. And I couldn't be happier! The sound is incredible. These are definitely the best sounding headphones I've ever heard below $1000."

Is there anything better?

"I've never been a headphone guy. I've spent the last 30 years pursuing two channel perfection, which is aken to chasing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow it seems. I recently began pursuing that The pot of gold in the world of headphones. I will share now the headphones that I tried before arriving at these. It's not all apples and apples. Focal Bathys, Dan Clark audio Aeon 2 noir, Meze Audio 109 Pro, focal Celestee, focal mg clear, focal Azurys. And now these. 2 minutes into these I was blown away. Using every metric that I would judge sound by, sound stage, imaging, separation, tone, timbre, it doesn't matter. These things are 8 to 10 on every metric. Maybe you can find a headphone that is better in one or two categories, but I can't imagine you'd find something that is better across the board. Maybe if you spend $3,000? I don't know. I am 100% thrilled with the performance. Even using these straight off of my phone ( Samsung Galaxy s24 ) they sound incredible. When I connect them to my dedicated amp, it gets better. My only gripe with these is how goofy they look on my head. Of the headphones that I compared these two, they are most like the Meze audio 109 Pro. But make no mistake, these are drastically better. If you're considering the 109 Pro, sell whatever you have to sell around the house and buy these instead. I think I found my pot of gold."

Sophisticated, clear and transparent sound!

"HiFiMan Arya Organic Packaging: HFM continues its austere, no-frills practice in outfitting the Arya Organic. The plain generic cardboard packaging has a stick-on label to identify the Arya Organic from their other products. Inside the box are the headphones and a small box containing the cable, nothing more. The lower-priced Ananda Nano is supplied with a hard carry case, but not the Arya Organic. There is no printed documentation or warranty card or even a simple customer appreciation note, only QR codes printed on the cable box for document download. A label showing product serial number for each driver unit is attached to the edge of the cable box. The black styrofoam insert that supports the headphones for shipping can also serve as a makeshift headphone stand, though it is not very sturdy and appears cheap. HiFiMan might have improved the presentation by adding a cloth cover to mask the styrofoam's texture and should include a balanced cable in addition to the supplied unbalanced cable. Cable: The Arya Organic comes with an unbalanced single-ended (SE) cable with a 6.3mm tip-ring-sleeve (TRS) connector, which I opted not to use. A 6.3mm-to-3.5mm adapter was not included. I utilize an aftermarket balanced cable with a 4.4mm TRRRS Pentaconn connector. Balanced cables are superior in shielding the audio signal from RF noise interference, preventing L-R channel signal crosstalk contamination that is an issue in common-ground SE audio cables, and they also enable higher power from the amplifier. The advantage is a pristine, more powerful audio signal delivered to the headphones. Amplifier Considerations: The high caliber Arya Organic headphones, with their low impedance of 16 ohms and moderate efficiency, should be driven by a high-quality amplifier with low output impedance of no more than one-tenth of the load (headphone plus cable) impedance to ensure a high damping factor and uniform bass response. The amplifier should be capable of delivering a high current, as is common for low-impedance headphones. Contrary to the common misconception, low-impedance headphones are not necessarily easier to drive than high-impedance ones. The difference lies in the type of amplification needed: high-impedance headphones need amplifiers capable of higher voltage gain, while low-impedance headphones need amplifiers capable of higher current gain to amplify the audio signal cleanly with insignificant distortion. Comfort: The Arya Organic has sufficient headband adjustment, and the ear cups have both vertical and horizontal axis swivel to allow for proper fitment on the head. The large egg-shaped ear cups completely enclose and do not touch the ears. They may be too large for some users with smaller heads. The hybrid fabric-vinyl ear cushions are very comfortable. The vinyl headband is not padded, but distributes the headphone weight without discomfort. The metal headband frame is pretensioned to produce just the right amount of clamping force for hours long listening sessions. The clamping force can be increased or relaxed by carefully bending the frame structure inward or outward to suit the user. Sound: The Arya Organic and other high-resolution headphones excel at rendering subtle differences in sound intensity, spectral details, and timing cues, enabling the brain to localize complex sound sources and perceive the sound stage and venue sizes accurately. Accurately reproducing the amplitude, frequency, and phase (AFP) of small signals, without interference from larger signals, is crucial. The devil is in the small details. In contrast to the austere packaging, the sound quality of the Arya Organic is sophisticated, with clear articulation and transparency. It is organic-sounding, lifelike, and immersive. The 3D spatial sound stage and venue ambience are rendered with precision, accompanied by a smooth and broad frequency response. The configuration of open-back headphones with large planar magnetic drivers generates phase-coherent planar sound waves, creating a holographic sound image that extends beyond the ear cups. The AFP of small- and large-signals is well depicted. The positioning of headphones on the head is less critical with large planar drivers compared to dynamic drivers, which have a smaller optimal sound zone. At the extreme small driver size range are the in-ear monitors which require very careful placement to achieve correct fitment and proper coupling to the ear canal. Additionally, the planar drivers engage the pinnae (outer ears) in sound perception, which is often lacking in small on-ear and tiny in-ear headphones, leading to a sound that many find unnatural. There's slightly more emphasis perceived on the higher frequencies with the Arya Organic than the Arya Stealth, contributing to a clearer, more detailed, airy, and open acoustic experience. The enhanced clarity may be due to physical design changes such as diaphragm tensioning/damping and the use of a lighter, thinner nanometer diaphragm to provide faster, sharper transient response. This clarity might be seen as an excessively analytical sound when compared to other headphones that have a slower, more rounded transient response. The bass is firm, well-controlled, has good extension and transitions smoothly with the midrange. Bass enthusiasts might find the bass intensity lacking and dominated by the upper frequencies' clarity. This can be easily adjusted with some EQ tweaking. Similarly, the perceived brightness can be modified. Consider exploring the recommended EQ settings by oratory1900. Conclusions: Overall, the Arya Organic offers better value at its current price point of $1149 when compared to its close brethren, the HE1000 Stealth and HE1000se, despite not quite matching the HE1000 series in rendering sonic details, nuances, harmonics, and venue ambiance with a slightly higher level of precision, depth, and naturalness. Nevertheless, the Arya Organic is quite competitive and sets a standard in the sub-$2000 headphone category and comes highly recommended."

Beautiful Wood Frame and Crystal Resolution

"I've not experienced the old Arya, and this is my first Hifiman product. I like the new design with a dark wood frame. It is stunning. The sound stage is expansive, providing an immersive listening experience. It is also so comfy that you could probably forget you have them on. The Arya Organic presents every detail with pristine clarity. Everything's super clear—every instrument, every note, every beat. The highs are crisp without being piercing, the mids beautifully balanced, and the lows deep yet controlled. The Hifiman Arya Organic is a harmonious blend of visual beauty, comfort, and audio excellence. Highly recommended for those who seek a sublime auditory journey."
