Great Value Headphones!
"Great sound for the price that was pretty also neutral after some EQing -- it's a shame they don't come with a balanced cable though."
Take advantage of the Arya's NEW low price! At just $599, HIFIMAN's Arya Stealth is one of the best values out there!
This is the "Stealth Magnet" version.
The HIFIMAN Arya is an outstanding entrant to their line of planar magnetic headphones, and it’s a killer value, inheriting a driver very similar to their former flagship HE1000. When properly amplified, the Arya pumps out an expansive soundstage, articulate, thumpy bass, and a smooth, enjoyable midrange.
While the HE1000 V2 packs even more bass punch and treble detail, unless you’re building a true top of the line system, the Arya is a superb choice, and pairs extremely well with our Gilmore Lite mk2. Plus in all black, it’s a sexy headphone even Darth Vader could love.
The planar driver in the HIFIMAN Arya headphone evenly covers the surface of the diaphragm, resulting in distortion-free listening.
Years of research into planar driver optimizations led HIFIMAN to utilize an asymmetric design with smaller magnets on the side facing the ear, reducing interference in sound wave transmissions from the diaphragm.
Created to meet the need for driver protection and an optimized open-back design.
The HIFIMAN Arya’s the high-quality metal headband is designed with extra strength and a special high-grade plastic for lightweight comfort and rugged durability.
With its classic HE1000-style shape combined with the striking good looks of its all-black exterior, glossy black headband, and eye-catching matte-black cups and grill, the Arya is a statement of both aesthetic and sonic excellence.
The Arya keeps things simple with a single Crystalline Copper cable. Featuring a 6.35mm plug and a jet black woven exterior finish it’s the perfect complement to the sound and sight of the Arya.

"Great sound for the price that was pretty also neutral after some EQing -- it's a shame they don't come with a balanced cable though."
"This was my second purchase from your website. Both experiences were good. Price for both items were the best. Your fulfillment and shipping was quick. I am practically your neighbor in Bowie MD. And I like the idea of doing business with you."
"One of the best headphones for its price. Amplifier needed to get everything from them."
"I own or have owned most Hifiman headphones. These are probably the best bang for buck right up there with HE6se (on sale). Big soundstage like the HE1000 but closer to X in tuning. Which is a good thing in my opinion. Responds well to EQ too."
"I own nearly every Hifiman open back headphone, including Susvara. I can say with confidence that the Arya is their best price to performance ratio headphone. This headphone is very easy to drive (including right off your phone) and has the most quantity of bass out of all their open backs. It is very well rounded and engaging. It is a fun headphone that offers plenty of dynamics. In comparison to the Ananda, it is sharper and more detailed. A more clean and dynamic sound with more punch than the Ananda. I sometimes get asked if the HE1000V2 is worth buying if you already own the Arya, and in my opinion the answer is Yes. The HE1000V2 is another "level up" in terms of detail and performance. You really can't go wrong with any Hifiman, but if you're on the fence about which one to get, you should not hesitate to put the Arya in your collection first. This is the one you will find yourself pulling off that stand the most."
"The HiFiMan Arya Stealth sounds a little bright in the Treble and thick in the Bass when right out of the box. However, after Burn-in for 100+ hours the soundscape opens up tremendously. Presenting much smoother and cleaner (not edgy) Highs. Detail Mid-vocal with a lot of texture. The Bass is tight and solid when pairing with a high-quality solid-state headphone amp to control the bass. The HeadAmp Gilmore Lite Mk2 Class-A Headphone Amplifier plus the Golden Reference Dedicated Power Supply drives the Arya Stealth very well. Extremely comfortable headphone to put on the head for several hours without getting a headache or neck strain is a Hugh accomplishment in ergonomic headphone design."
"Having used the Edition XS for quite some time now, I can say the Arya is an upgrade in almost every way. The headband is an improvement in comfort, the stock braided cable is an upgrade from the floppy rubber one included with the XS and is actually usable. The sound is more refined, especially in terms of soundstage. It's hard to explain but everything sounds more natural. The XS sounds very good and has a bit more punch but when I put on the Arya's, I'm suddenly immersed in the song, as if the band is playing right in front of me. From my experience, the Arya's are actually a little easier to power than the XS. The Arya's are a bit brighter in the treble which may bother some, especially on the brighter songs but it doesn't bother me personally. In terms of price, I would recommend giving these a try if you can find them for under $900. I would say everything about the Arya is 1.5x better than the XS but not 2x better...so maybe it's not worth paying twice the cost of an XS. I have nothing but great things to say about HeadAmp. I ordered the open box version but I could not even tell if these were used as the packaging seemed brand new. Will buy from HeadAmp in the future!!"
"the stealth arya are keepers for me. i have zmf aeolus and these compare to them. the arya have a great bass presence but not overpowering and the crisp highs are not piercing. at the current price these are worth every dime and more. i am happy with my purchase and i have numerous other sets of cans. i would recommend these to anyone"
"Coming from focal elex, these have been a blast. But i find that I much prefer them with EQ"
"I love my everything about my HD800 OG and actually prefer it over the HD800S. However the only thing that is missing is bass. My search for the end game headphone is finally over. The Arya Stealth has the wide sound stage, layers of details and amazing vocal as the HD800 if not better. But what Arya Stealth able to provide more than the HD800 is the bass, it is tight and well control. With this price and what you are getting, I thing the Arya Stealth is a very good bargain. If you never listen to one, just try it. It is very hard to beat with this price. I am expecting it will sound even better once it is burnt in longer. Also I found the Arya also easier to drive than the HD800. I have no problem using it on the SP2000T (Tube mode). HeadAmp shipping is extremely fast, only took 3 days to get to Canada. Very well packaging to protect the original headphone box. Excellent service from HeadAmp."
