Fully Balanced Class A MOS-FET High Current Output

The fully discrete architecture features a precise, single-ended balance conversion circuit that renders the single-ended RCA input fully balanced. The input stage employs a fully balanced amplifier architecture, with precise, single-ended/balanced conversion. The pre-amplifier circuit is independent, adopting a class A output structure, with excellent power and natural timbre.

ALPS Potentiometer, Custom Transformer, Specially Crafted Housing

The potentiometer ensures complete and accurate channel balance. A customized high-power, low-noise toroidal transformer, with multi-channel high-speed low-noise voltage regulator circuit, supplies power for the headphone amplifier. The housing is manufactured from a single piece of aluminum, which helps isolate harmful resonance that negatively affects sonic output.

I absolutely love this amp.

"Hifiman did a great job on this amp. Super quiet THD 0,009 ( I love quiet amps ) no matter what type of hps u plug in, it will make them sound absolutely beautiful, Utopia, he6se, hek-se, Arya organic, Denon D7000 or D9200, ADX5000, HE-R10P, HD800S and even cheaper ones will sound just fantastic. My Dac is the Chord hugo tt2, xlr cable from Silnote audio Morpheus classic 2, this set up is absolutely worth your attention."

excellent amp and competes with ferrum oor+hypsos

"I have ferrum oor+hypsos, but wanted something that just matching size of my Gustard a26 dac, so Hifiman Prelude is the perfect match, and it sounds more meaty at the bottom then oor+hypsos stack, oor+hypsos is neutral with a bit warmth, however, I think hifiman has more weight to the bass and lower mid.. I am not audiophile, but i would say prelude competes well above it's price range!!"
