"Opens a new dimension of sound for me. Works great with my HD 6XX and feels like it "unlocks" the full potential of my ATH-M50Xs. With a CB19 cable for external powering, it can even get my 600 Ohm DT990 Editions to a decent listening level (but i have my Magni Unity for that as 600 ohms require a LOT of power). Super robust build quality too. Definitely recommend the CB19 cable and a magsafe battery pack for your phone :) Thinking of putting velcro on it to stick to the back of my phone too."

For customizing settings on the fly sleek butter cake volume knob sound is peak clear authoritative loud has plenty of headroom. No defects cutting out of the sound. Packs a clean punch and versatile
"Overall really great value for what it delivers. Clean balanced output and very versatile. I have used it with my Audeze LCD2s connected to my MBook Pro through Audiovarna and the results have been quite brilliant. This will become my travel DAC/AMP. I do wish it came with a protective case. I am concerned the beautiful finish will suffer quickly, especially as I travel with it."

A great DAC/Amp dongle
"Very happy with this purchase. I needed something that had a bit more volume control than the DC Elite for some very sensitive IEMs without giving up too many technical capabilities or too much of iBasso’s sound signature. The DC07 has met this perfectly. Utterly black background on very sensitive IEMs. Digital volume control and gain modes are able to reach more nuanced volume points. Build quality is excellent, with my only real criticism being that I wish it came with a case in the box. Sound is technical but stays away from fatiguing. Good and controlled bass impact, full mids but not overly warm, smooth but present treble (not fatiguing but not overly smoothed over). A feature complete menu screen is also a great add. And plenty of power for even harder to drive transducers. Either as your only dongle, or a secondary to a higher end dongle, this is a great pickup."
