Improvement over the original 3.5mmm Meze cable
"I purchased this after I started enjoying Advar for a few months. Personally I didn't expect so much by 4.4mm balanced over the unbalanced connection. Yes, there was power increase by my amplifier due to balanced connection and voices/instruments sounded closer to me. It's an improvement but not so sure if this can justify $150 additional spending. Honestly speaking, Advar's 3.5mm connection sounds already pretty good. I am satisfied with my purchase but this is a good to have not a must."
Great when it works
"Connectors won’t stay connected & lose signal. It’s really annoying and no response from customer service after two email attempts on my part. Would like to know if this is a common issue or my cable is defective or if there is a fix for it… etc. Cable sounds great when it works but it seems like as my body heat warms it up it easily becomes dislodged and sometimes unplugs. Starts with intermittent signal. If there are flanges I can usually bend them out a smidge for a more solid connection."
