Our Take
Most premium wireless headphones are built around a single full-range driver, with convenience features doing much of the work to separate one model from another. The Noble FoKus Artemis takes a more ambitious approach: start with a true multi-driver acoustic system, then build the wireless features around it.
That three-driver architecture is the obvious headline, but some of the quieter design choices may be just as important in everyday use. Audiodo personalization and EQ settings can be stored directly on the headphones, the ear cushions attach magnetically and can be replaced, and even the battery is designed to be replaceable by the user.
The result is a particularly compelling option for someone who wants serious sound from a full-size headphone but also wants ANC, wireless connectivity, calls, travel-friendly battery life, and the freedom to use the same headphone away from a dedicated audio system.
Hybrid Three-Driver Architecture
Artemis brings an approach more commonly associated with Noble's multi-driver in-ear monitors to a full-size wireless headphone. Inside each side is a dynamic driver, a planar magnetic driver, and a balanced armature driver.
Rather than relying on one transducer technology for the entire presentation, Noble uses the different characteristics of each driver as part of a hybrid acoustic system. The dynamic driver is tasked with weight and physical impact, the planar driver contributes speed and openness through the midrange, and the balanced armature serves as a super tweeter for upper-frequency precision and air.
It is an unusually sophisticated architecture for a closed-back wireless headphone and gives Artemis a distinctly different foundation from the conventional single-driver designs found throughout most of the category.
Personalized Listening with Audiodo
FoKus Artemis integrates Audiodo Personal Sound through the Noble FoKus app. Audiodo creates a personal audio profile tailored to your own hearing abilities rather than limiting you to a collection of one-size-fits-all sound presets.
The FoKus app also provides equalizer controls and app-supported Spatial Audio, giving you additional ways to fine-tune Artemis for music, movies, and different listening preferences.
One of the most useful parts of the implementation is what happens after setup: both your Audiodo personalization and your EQ adjustments are stored directly on the headphones. Once configured, the same personalized sound can remain with Artemis when you switch devices without requiring the app to remain active during playback.
Wireless When You Want It. Wired When You Don't.
Bluetooth 6.0
Artemis is built around Qualcomm's QCC3095 platform with Bluetooth 6.0 and support for advanced wireless codecs including LDAC, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless.
ANC & Transparency
User-adjustable Active Noise Cancellation helps reduce environmental noise when you want to focus, while Transparency Mode lets outside sound back in when awareness of your surroundings matters.
Multipoint Connectivity
Multipoint support makes Artemis easier to use across the devices that are already part of your day, including phones, tablets, and computers.
USB & Wired Audio
Bluetooth is only one option. Artemis also supports USB-C audio and conventional 3.5mm wired listening when a direct connection is preferred.
Built for Everyday Listening
Artemis is designed to bring Noble's high-end approach to a headphone that does not need to stay at home. The rotating over-ear design weighs under 350 grams, while an IP52 rating adds protection for day-to-day portable use.
A six-microphone design supports its modern wireless feature set, and the FoKus app provides control over sound personalization, EQ, and other listening options.
Battery life is rated at more than 55 hours with ANC turned off and more than 35 hours with ANC enabled. The 600mAh battery can be fully charged in under 1.5 hours.
Designed for Longer-Term Ownership
Battery aging is one of the biggest limitations of otherwise excellent wireless headphones. The acoustic hardware may still have years of useful life remaining when a permanently installed battery begins to lose capacity.
Noble addresses that directly with a user-replaceable 600mAh battery. Artemis also uses magnetically attached, replaceable ear cushions, making two of the components most likely to wear over years of regular use serviceable rather than permanently integrated into the headphone.
A replaceable battery and replaceable magnetic ear cushions give Artemis a much stronger long-term ownership story than a typical sealed wireless headphone.

"Very impressive headset with great dynamics and fairly wide soundstage Great build quality and materials and extraordinary good comfort (at least in my head) The dynamic drivers delivers a solid, sturdy and deep bass, while the planar drivers lift up the highest in a pleasant way without being harsh or brittle. The default tuning seems a little Harman-curvey, with midrange a bit (too) recessed; bass is prominent out of the box (but in a very pleasant way), and can be customized in-app if wanted. Great plus is that the Apollo also can run in passive mode while wired, and the provided detachable boom mic is a great option if using the Apollo for gaming ANC is pretty good, maybe not on par with Bose or Sony, but otherwise, the Apollo is in a completely different league, where only a few other high end wireless headsets might be competitive (Focal Bathys springs to mind to me, though being a very different sounding headset; the Bathys is less bass heavy, but also 'colder' sounding, so it is really a matter of taste or sound preference, which one is 'the better' headset) The Apollo is lively and vivid (maybe more coloured) in it's basic presentation, but at the end of the day, it is a very, very good sounding and luxurious headset which oozes of audiophile quality and, as mentioned, in a league where only few competitors is present. Highly recommended! Regarding my customer experience at Headamp, everything went smoothly and fast, so only recommendations here as well 🙂"

Great Headphones and Great Customer Service by HeadAmp
"Spent a lot of time researching my next pair of headphones and have not been disappointed with the Noble Audio Fokus Apollo. Came down to these vs the Dali IO-12 and it was tough to justify the cost difference for the Dali's with Noble delivering such a great sounding product at close to half the pricepoint. Excellent customer service by Justin of HeadAmp helped make my decision easy."

High Quality Wireless
"Really nice product. Needs a bit of EQ to roll off some low bass, but this is easily done with the associated app. Sounds great!"

Are you still hesitating to buy this?
"I waited over a hundred days since April to finally get my hands on these headphones. After using them for a month, here are my impressions. Apollo delivers a clear and precise sound with a sharp edge to the mids and highs, all based on high resolution. This sound is layered perfectly over a rich, solid bass range. When the headphones are powered on and the processed sound is enjoyed, it delivers audio quality that most users would find very satisfying. What’s impressive, however, is that even with the power off and connected to an amp, it still delivers a sound that feels distinctly noble. Using the app to find an EQ setting that suits your preferences is an added bonus. If I had to point out any drawbacks, I’d say the ear cups are quite large and heavy. Nevertheless, I am fully satisfied and will occasionally take Apollo out with me."

"I absolutely love these! These are my new favorite headphones. Comfort is good, clamp force is pretty snug, but good for me. Materials are nice! Battery life is good! Sound is extremely impressive with the hybrid drivers, best I’ve heard recently and I review headphone often on YT(CoZChristopher)! Nice sub bass that is punchy and not muddy. Mids are good, strong representation of instruments with a warm tone! Highs and vocals are really nice as well, the blend overall is solid. Powering on and off is cumbersome in my opinion, the power cycle is annoying as you have to hold the button forever for on/off. I wish they had a few newer features like auto stop when taking off, or auto power off, but alas they have no features like that. The app is decent, kind of bland, but does the job. The 10 band EQ is good, but bare compared to like the NWM One app. Gaming is nice on this, but it’s not the widest sound stage due to being closed back and the design, although imagery is still decent!"

A go-to headphone
"Was looking for a portable closed back that were “easy” to drive. Call quality via Bluetooth was super clear apparently (and that wasn’t using the included boom mic). Sounds just fantastic; the treble is the star of the show and benefits from the planar here; very detailed and non fatiguing (or shrill). Bass was well controlled (coming from the dynamic) and sub-bass is probably par for the course (not the best, but then again I’m probably comparing these to kilobucks!). Mids are on point and better than I expected. Build quality feels fantastic and premium. Accessories are a nice add on. Did I mention battery life is insane? Overall very happy with these and they’ll probably be the headphone I reach for on a go forward basis"

Great but not perfect
"Great sound out of these. Nice, deep bass but lots of clarity in the highs and mids, at least to my ear. I'm just getting into the hobby, but to me the sound is very rich and detail filled. I did notice some listening fatigue for the first few weeks, I do think that's gotten better. The wired mode is really good also, I like to use them wired while gaming. Some issues I have: Some discomfort especially with prolonged wear, that comes from the headband. I think it is a little narrow and stiff for the weight; the weight of these is heavier than something like Momentum 4s or Bose QC Ultras, so you do notice some pressure on top of the head. I could not get it to connect to the Noble Fokus app on my Android phone. I emailed Noble directly and they did not present a solution yet. This was on the latest Android version on the S24 Ultra. Interestingly enough, these have connected to the app on my friend's iPhone with no issues whatsoever. So if you are looking for a BT headphone with amazing bass while still providing clarity in the highs and mids, this is hard to beat. NC has been really good. I have tried Focal Bathys before these and while the ANC and the sound overall was good, I found them a little thin on the bass side of things. to me, the Apollos sound richer and give a bit more sound stage while being slightly less comfortable."
