Our Take
FoKus REX5 is Noble’s answer for listeners who want true wireless convenience without giving up the sound quality they expect from serious IEMs. It pairs a rare 5-driver design with Audiodo personalization to deliver a more “dialed-in” presentation than typical earbuds—while still keeping the daily-driver essentials like ANC, multipoint, and a pocketable charging case.
Audiodo Sound Personalization
Audiodo guides you through a hearing calibration to understand your hearing sensitivity and create a personalized sound profile. A standout advantage of the REX5 is that the QCC3091 chipset can store your personalized profile (including EQ) on the earbuds themselves.
That means your profile stays active even if the app isn’t open—and it can follow you when you switch devices. Audiodo also personalizes each ear individually, which can help compensate for uneven hearing sensitivity and keep vocals and imaging feeling more centered.
Once you’ve set it up, the REX5 simply sounds right—no re-tuning, no fiddling, no compromises when switching devices.
5-Driver Tribrid Design
Packing multiple driver types into true wireless is rare. REX5 uses a dedicated dynamic driver for physical low-end, a planar driver for speed and texture, and balanced armatures for articulation and upper-range detail.
The goal is better separation, control, and a more “hi-fi” presentation than typical single-driver TWS designs.
Features & Daily Use
REX5 is built for real life: commute, office, travel, and long listening sessions. ANC and Transparency modes let you tune your environment, while multipoint makes it easy to bounce between phone and laptop without the usual friction.
Fit note: Some listeners mention the REX5 has a larger “footprint” than ultra-compact earbuds. Many people find it secure and comfortable for upright listening (commuting, office, travel), but if you have smaller ears or you typically prefer low-profile earbuds that sit nearly flush with the ear, this is worth considering before you order. Like most premium multi-driver true wireless designs, it’s also best suited for secure, upright listening rather than side-sleeping use.
