Our Take
The custom built amp features a striking industrial design that is aesthetically beautiful and complementary to any desktop. The 6SN7 tubes at the core provide a warm and sumptuous sonic quality. Each amp is made using the finest hand matched 6SN7 vacuum tubes currently available in the world, plus, it uses a discrete 24 step attenuator to ensure no added distortion within the system. Volume is indicated by a horizontal array of 12 LEDs on the front panel.
A rear-panel switch allows for easy selection of either stereo input, balanced 3-pin XLR, or single-ended RCA. The selected input is fed through the internal circuitry and externally mounted tubes to the two 5-pin female headphone outputs, allowing simultaneous connection of two pairs of Shangri-La Jr. headphones.
